I can get instant response from all the people who are tasting, which is great for complimenting - or contradicting my own taste! 2 of my new white wines: Muscadet Ch la Noe and Moulin des Nonnes, Minervois Blanc, went down extrememly well. The muscadet was big enough to counterpoint the smoked salmon and lobster. And the Minervois was wonderful with the chicken liver pate and chutney. Both are going to feature heavilly in my Christmas meal recommendations!
