2 big tastings this weekend. Nearly 150 people in total. Always really useful experience for me to get my wines tasted by so many and get the feedback - happily no bummers! Sancerre and Mestizaje seemed to be the stars of the show - I perhaps underestimate how much people are happy to pay for their wines, especially when they've the confidence of having tasted them first. (note - look for more > £10 wines for the list…!)

Actually some quite appealing wines, if generally lightish. A useful drinkers, if not investors vintage. Still waiting for prices though.

Been in touch with old colleagues in Bordeaux so I'm able to get allocations if needed.
Decided to offer some wines if people are interested in buying this way. This will be more of a service to customers than a major part of my wine list - this year anyway!
