Cheese, chocolate and wine!

Never been in a chocolatier's kitchen before - never tasted so many varieties of chocolate and certainly never had so much cheese and chocolate together. Add some of my unusual wines and we've got a stunning event. Very exciting morning with us 3 professional tasters bouncing around ideas and comments on the combinations. Surprisingly we all mostly agreed! Really looking forward to the events themselves now June and July with Lotte and Paul
