Wine tasting groups
Why?
Wine tasting is a fun and extremely sociable pastime. You
can run a course for yourself by opening a bottle each
evening, or if there are more of you, try 2 bottles at once
and you’ll get the hang of contrasting the wines. If you
share the cost of the bottles, it really is a great value
way to have a different evening in with your friends. You
can get 16 comfortable tasting samples from each bottle, so
invite your friends accordingly!
How?
All you need are some nice big glasses, and a corkscrew. It
helps if you’ve got a logical range of wines too. So that you
can compare some, and taste both classics, and newer styles
of wine. Hence the suggested Tasting Range Case. One
suggestion is to try the whites on one evening, and then the
reds on another.
Of course if you’d like me to tutor you through the wines,
then check out the Wine Tasting Events page and I’ll fit you
in the diary!
