This Reserve uses fruit from a higher vineyard which has more intensity of everything: richer black fruit flavours, bright cherries and deep spice character. There are some vanilla and wood from the 12 months ageing, well balanced by the powerful fruit.
Stylish Merlot with a good balance of herbaceous flavours and soft ripe blackberries.
