Ch de la Jaubertie Rose 2006

I waited a year to list this as the 05 sold out so quickly at the chateau. You can see why this is so highly rated as it is an extremely appealing rose. This has had a long cool fermentation after contact with the skins just long enough to get this deep pink colour. The wine has cherry and strawberry flavours, but is quite serious and drier than most. Most recently seen at the lunch tables of smart city restaurants – but I didn’t have my camera with me…!
