Bourgogne Rouge, Bertrand Amboise
2005
|
Tasted at the beginning of the year and I really liked the classic Pinot Noir style with fresh raspberry, and red cherry aroma and flavour. This is a beguiling wine with crunchy summer fruit character. For drinking now it is best if you can decant it, or at least take the cork out for about an hour first. It is still youthful so is certainly one to keep for a further 2-3 years happily.
