Parallele 45 P Jaboulet Aine 2006

Jaboulet's new winemaker, Jacques Desvernois, is making really delicious wine and getting maximum fruit flavour into the bottle. This is 30% Viognier, so has a ripe, fleshy, floral taste that is backed by the fresh and livley Grenache Blanc and Clairette giving a balanced and refreshing wine. The dried-fruit flavours and depth of character make this a good wine with a variety of menus, try it with Moroccan chicken.
