Sauvignon Cuvee Premier 2007
Cotes de Duras
|
Cotes de Duras is a little too warm for the sharp, minerally Loire style Sauvignon, but they really get good vibrant redcurrant and blackcurrant flavours. This is very obviously Sauvignon with a ripeness and smoothness that is very attractive. Couldn’t be more perfect with goats cheese and asparagus salad
