Each variety is vinified and aged seperately in small barrels for about 6 months,then blended and left to marry in tanks for another year or 2. This full bodied, peachy and lemony wine gets lots of praise from the press. The gentle wood treatment gives extra complexity with hints of vanilla. It is a wine for pork, barbeque chicken or kedgeree.
