Riesling d’Alsace 2005
Julien Schaal
|
An intriguing aroma of spice, minerals and parafin that is so typical of Riesling. This is dry but with a rich green and red apple flavour. the intensity of fruit and a little soice make this delicious with rich spiced paella, chicken or vegetable risotto, cajun fish or smoked meats.
