Antech Cuvee Eugenie Brut 2008
Cremant de Limoux
|
Plenty of you agree with me that this is a delightful sparkler. This blend is predominantly Chardonnay with some Chenin and the local Mauzac grape. It has a good yeasty, creamy aroma and is delightfully dry, refreshing and has a fine long finish to the flavour. As a vintage wine it has had more than 2 years maturing in bottle gaining this fine, biscuity, yeasty style. I think this is exceptional value.
