French Champagne maker Didier Pierson married English Imogen Whitaker, hence the name. They have vineyards in Avize, which is a top village for quality Champagne grapes. The wine is delicious - a rich, biscuity yeasty style with a lovely winey finish. Extra cellar maturation before release really makes this a smooth and rich Champagne. This is super value for this quality.
