Champagne Mandois

IT is unusual to have such an historic independent Champange house, and one that owns 35ha of vineyard. Established in 1735, when Friar Oudart was still alive! Some organic practices in the vineyards, state of the art winery, and classic chalk cellars for long ageing, give this an exciting quality. The wine has some creamyness, but is mostly about vivacious and crisp fruit.
