Prosecco Castello

Dry but soft, fruity and a little nutty, everything you could want from a Prosecco with a clean, crisp, refreshing finish.
The family Fabiano have been producing and selling wines from North East Italy for almost 100 years. This sparkling is named after the street just of St Mark's Square in Venice where the first Fabiano wine merchant was.
St Mark's is also associated with the famous Bellini cocktail of Prosecco and peach juice, invented just around the corner in Harry's Bar.
